• Power-ups are helpful and powerful items that boost your chances of winning BINGO.
  
  To view and manage your Power-ups, visit the Store, which you can access anytime by tapping the Coin icon on top left corner.
  
  In the Store, you can :
  - Check your Power-up inventory to see how many of each you own
  - See the detailed information of each power-up by tapping on each Power-up icon
  - Purchase Power-ups with Gems or through special bundles
  - Claim free Power-ups that are given periodically, so make sure to visit regularly!
  
  How to use Power-ups :
  During Bingo rounds, random Power-ups will be selected on the top right corner of your screen to be used next. To use it, you need to charge the gauge fully by manually daubing the set number of spots on Bingo cards. If you have [AUTO] option turned on, Power-ups will be used automatically when the gauge becomes full. If the [AUTO] option is turned off, you need to tap the fully charged Power-up icon to use it.

• Boosters : What are they and how do I get more?
• Boosters are special effects that support you during Bingo gameplay, making it easier to progress and earn more rewards.
  Each Booster has a unique effect, and you can check the details in the Store. Tap on each Booster at the bottom right to see its full description and effect.
  
  How Boosters can be obtained :
  1. As rewards from Mystery Boxes collected during Bingo rounds
  2. Through purchases in the Shop
  
  Boosters' effects will be automatically applied during your Bingo rounds if you have them.

• Gems : What are they used for and how do I get more?
• Gems are pink jewel shaped in-game currency which you can use to gain an upper hand during Bingo rounds.
  
  With Gems you can :
  - Buy Extra Daubs, which marks all missed daubs, any missed BINGO claims, and 2 additional daubs, giving you more chances to complete additional Bingos.
  - Purchase Power-ups and items in the shop and in Bingo rounds.
  
  If you need more, you can obtain Gems in several ways:
  1. By purchasing them in the shop (tap the Gem or Coin icon)
  2. As level-up rewards

• Pieces : What are they and how do I get them?
• Pieces are essential parts for story progression.
  
  When you complete a Bingo with a card that has one or more puzzle piece icons, you will get the matching number of Pieces to play the story.
  
  The higher the bet option, the more Pieces you will get on your Bingo cards, making it easier to progress the story faster.

• Mystery Boxes : What are they and how do I get them?
• During Bingo rounds, Mystery Boxes appear on random spots of your Bingo cards.
  Daub the spot with a Mystery Box to claim it.
  At the end of the round, each Mystery Box you collected will open to reveal a random reward.
  Possible rewards include XP, Coins, Power-up items, and Boosters.

• Where can I find my User ID?
• Your User ID is displayed in the Settings menu.
  Open the settings and see the bottom of the screen.
  If you tap the Copy button, your User ID will be copied to your clipboard so you can paste it when needed.

• My game keeps freezing or crashing. How can I fix this?
• If your game is freezing or closing unexpectedly, please try the steps below:
  
  1. Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
  2. Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for about 30 seconds, then plugging it back in.
  3. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue improves.
  4. Confirm that you're using the latest version of the app.
  5. Check if a software update is available for your device.
  6. Restart your device.
  
  For Android users, deleting the app cache might also help.

  To review your purchase history:
  1. Go to your phone's Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store
  2. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID (you may need to authenticate)
  3. Scroll to Purchase History and tap it

Settings

• How do I change my name or profile picture?
• To update your profile, follow these steps:
  
  1. Tap your profile picture in the upper right corner.
  2. Tap the pencil icon next to your name.
  3. Input a name longer than 2 characters. Be mindful that your name will be visible to other players.
  4. To change your profile picture, tap the pencil icon next to your picture.

• Where can I find my User ID?
